Thus, draw the Lorenz curve of per capita total expenditures (EXPCAP) using individual weighting, SIZE. Compare this to the concentration among individuals of the access to piped water (PUBWAT) and to sewerage (PUBSEW), using SIZE as the aggregating size to draw the curves and EXPCAP as the ranking variable. That is, find out the concentration of access to piped water and sewerage among various proportions of poorest individuals, and compare that to their share of the population of the total expenditures.
